True,they were friends. However in 1923 Shore exibited at the Erich Gallery in New York at the same time Georgia O’Keeffe exhibited at the nearby Anderson Gallery. According to Roger Aiken (catalog for Monterey Peninsula Museum of Art Shore retrospective in 1986), Shore received higher praise from critics.

In reply to Irene Turner. We love it because it is flat so accommodates my scooter, sadly these days flood defences prevent seeing the coast from a scooter as you walk along the prom. Much the same in Weston, we like Llandudno as that's also flat.

Wonderful, landlocked Birmingham nearest coast, Weston Super Mare, we do like Burnham on Sea, we tend to base our holidays around National Trust Properties, we will problably have a few days near Shrewsbury and go to National trusts around there, with 22 shows this year, we are having difficulty fitting holidays in. Ha ha
